<li>1 onion</li>
<li>1 garlic clove</li>
<li>1 small piece of ginger</li>
<li>3 tbsp olive oil</li>
<li>Black pepper (to taste)</li>
<li>1/2 tsp salt</li>
<li>1/3 tsp cumin</li>
<li>A bunch of parsley (chopped)</li>
</ul>
<h2>🥣 Yogurt Sauce</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 cup vegan yogurt</li>
<li>1 tbsp olive oil</li>
<li>1 tsp lemon juice</li>
<li>Black pepper (to taste)</li>
<li>1/2 tsp salt</li>
<li>1 small grated garlic clove</li>
</ul>
<h2>👨‍🍳 Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Mash the cooked chickpeas in a large bowl.</li>
<li>Mash the cooked potatoes and add them to the bowl with chickpeas.</li>
<li>Peel and grate the onion, garlic, and a small piece of ginger.</li>
<li>Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.</li>
<li>Add the grated garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until golden.</li>
<li>Add the fried mixture to the bowl with chickpeas and potatoes.</li>
<li>Season with black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/3 tsp cumin.</li>
<li>Chop parsley and add it to the mixture.</li>
<li>Mix everything well until combined.</li>
<li>Shape the mixture into patties by hand.</li>
<li>Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the patties for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.</li>

<li>In a small bowl, combine vegan yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and grated garlic.</li>
