Apple Walnut Oat Bake

  1. Blend 1 cup of oats until fine.
  2. In a bowl, combine blended oats and 50g of crushed walnuts.
  3. Chop 2 apples. Place one chopped apple in a blender with 30ml of water to make apple purée.
  4. Add the second chopped apple to the bowl.
  5. Pour the apple purée and some Blue Orava syrup into the bowl.
  6. Mix everything together until combined.
  7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. Use a spoon to place the mixture onto the tray.
  9. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Let it cool slightly before serving. Great as a warm breakfast or snack.
