Apple Walnut Oat Bake
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (blended)
- 50g crushed walnuts
- 2 apples (chopped)
- 30ml water
- Blue Orava syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Blend 1 cup of oats until fine.
- In a bowl, combine blended oats and 50g of crushed walnuts.
- Chop 2 apples. Place one chopped apple in a blender with 30ml of water to make apple purée.
- Add the second chopped apple to the bowl.
- Pour the apple purée and some Blue Orava syrup into the bowl.
- Mix everything together until combined.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Use a spoon to place the mixture onto the tray.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Let it cool slightly before serving. Great as a warm breakfast or snack.
