Oatmeal Cake

🥣 Base

• 70g oats
• 150ml hot milk

Mix together and let it set for 10 minutes.

🍌 Additions

• 2 medium bananas (mash completely)
• 2 eggs

Mix everything completely.

🌱 Dry Ingredients

• 20g cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt

Mix everything well and combine with the previous mixture.

🧈 Baking

1. Grease a baking tray with butter.
2. Pour the mixture into the tray evenly.
3. Bake at 180°C for 35–45 minutes.

🍫 Chocolate Topping

Mix chocolate bits with warm double cream on the stove or in a pot. Once the cake is baked, pour the chocolate mixture over the cake.

Chill for 1 hour and it’s done.
