  • 1 banana
  • A handful of walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • A handful of blueberries or raspberries
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend briefly until just combined. Keep it slightly chunky.
  3. Cook the mixture on a hot, lightly oiled pan like regular pancakes.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as yogurt, honey, or extra berries.
Notes

If you want a thinner batter, add a splash of milk or water. To make it dairy free, use water or plant milk. For extra protein, add a scoop of unflavoured protein powder.
