High-Protein Cottage Cheese Wrap Edition
- Wrap base:
- 225g cottage cheese (1% fat)
- 2 whole eggs
- Seasonings of choice (e.g. garlic powder & salt)
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for around 30 minutes until golden brown
- Filling:
- 200ml egg whites
- 50g turkey bacon
- 10ml Canadian maple syrup
- 20g low-fat mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
- Pour onto a lined baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cook your filling ingredients (egg whites, turkey bacon, etc.).
- Stuff the wrap with filling, drizzle maple syrup, and sprinkle mozzarella.
- Roll it up and enjoy golden, fluffy perfection.
