  • Wrap base:
  • 225g cottage cheese (1% fat)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Seasonings of choice (e.g. garlic powder & salt)
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for around 30 minutes until golden brown

  • Filling:
  • 200ml egg whites
  • 50g turkey bacon
  • 10ml Canadian maple syrup
  • 20g low-fat mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Pour onto a lined baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Cook your filling ingredients (egg whites, turkey bacon, etc.).
  5. Stuff the wrap with filling, drizzle maple syrup, and sprinkle mozzarella.
  6. Roll it up and enjoy golden, fluffy perfection.
