Tiramisu Porridge

Super filling and full of energy. Weekend breakfast that actually deserves the hype.

Ingredients
  • 70g oatmeal
  • 130ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150g FAGE Total 0% yogurt
  • 1 shot of coffee, cooled
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Grated chocolate for topping, to taste
Method
  1. Make the coffee cream. Mix yogurt, coffee and sweetener until smooth. Taste and adjust. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the porridge base. Combine oat flour or oats, milk and cocoa in a small pot. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Layer. Spoon porridge into a bowl or jar. Add a layer of coffee cream. Repeat if you want a layered effect.
  4. Finish. Drizzle melted chocolate or grate chocolate on top. Serve immediately.

Tip: Use strong coffee for a proper tiramisu kick. If you want extra creaminess, fold a tablespoon of mascarpone into the coffee yogurt.
