Tiramisu Porridge
Super filling and full of energy. Weekend breakfast that actually deserves the hype.
- 70g oatmeal
- 130ml milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150g FAGE Total 0% yogurt
- 1 shot of coffee, cooled
- Sweetener to taste
- Grated chocolate for topping, to taste
- Make the coffee cream. Mix yogurt, coffee and sweetener until smooth. Taste and adjust. Set aside.
- Prepare the porridge base. Combine oat flour or oats, milk and cocoa in a small pot. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Layer. Spoon porridge into a bowl or jar. Add a layer of coffee cream. Repeat if you want a layered effect.
- Finish. Drizzle melted chocolate or grate chocolate on top. Serve immediately.
Tip: Use strong coffee for a proper tiramisu kick. If you want extra creaminess, fold a tablespoon of mascarpone into the coffee yogurt.
