Beef Lasagna Rolls
- Filling:
- 400g extra lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 30mL (1/8 cup) tomato sauce or passata
- 60g (1/4 cup) 1% cottage cheese
- 1 tsp each: salt, garlic powder, oregano flakes
- To assemble:
- 5 Simson’s Pantry High Protein Wraps
- 60mL (1/2 cup) tomato passata, divided
- 150g low-fat shredded mozzarella, divided (15g inside + 15g on top per roll)
- Season and cook the ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 6 minutes.
- Assemble each roll: add wrap, sauce, filling, cheese. Spray with no-calorie spray and place seam-side down on an air fryer rack. Top with sauce and cheese.
- Air fry for around 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
- Alternatively, grill on high for 8 minutes for a crisp finish.
