But What is Meta-Fragmentation anyway?

Similarly to keeping different species in the same fish tank ,  supernatural items of different nature can and will interfere with one another, causing all sorts of damage, like Malfunctioning Energies, Spellbreak, Auto-Sabotage, Dimensional confusion, Meta-Annhiliation and in some severe cases, the “Meta-Fragmentation” can lead to a total 

Leak of Supernatural Particles into the physical plane. 

In our investigators jargon, this state is known as LSP.

Something which you really want to avoid.

Specially if you’re just an enthusiast who doesn’t’ have easy access to Paranormal Investigators.

LSP alone can be even worse than Radiations!

It is a hybrid state of the Metaphysical Plane in which matter gets severely altered, damaging the Human Body and turning cells into ectoplasmic tissue.

Effects include repeat panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, terrifying hallucinations, vomit and so on.

When the Meta-Fragmentation occurs, there is little you can do to avoid its consequences.

You can either:

A) Destroy the items (oh no….)

B) Hire a Paranormal Investigator to break the fragmentation and restore each item’s balance using special (expensive) equipment.

The latter is a long process and requires the Investigator doing multiple inspections in your home. Not to mention the service is very expensive, specially if your items are in an advanced meta-fragmentation process.

Moderate Meta-Fragmentation is a very common condition and may occur even if you have just a few Supernatural items.!!

Actually, sometimes even a Telephone, Radio or other media device can easily lead to the meta-fragmentation of your haunted objects.

To some extent it’s totally ok, but when you add more items to your collection without any type of safety precaution, the condition can quickly degenerate as earlier described.

It is proven that without a safe storage in special equipment, your supernatural items are at high risk of reciprocate interference and the reason why you might be facing LSP.  

That’s why my partner and I have developed and installed a special room within our Laboratory, called 

“The Energy Freezer”. 

That’s where we at the Dollbusters keep all of our supernatural specimen nicely “preserved”, and protected from any possible meta-fragmentation. 

It took us quite a few years of trial and error to develop and lots of paranormal accidents before we saw any benefits. 

The system is quite simple. 

In the lab we have this big glass chamber, called the “Energy Freezer”, which you can only access from a round porthole, with flexible aluminium curtains. 

These prevent all LSP from getting outside as aluminium has proven to bounce leaked particles (after extensive testing)

In the room there is a circular shelf with all our ParaTraps nicely arranged. 

The primary element of the freezer is an electrically powered nucleus installed on the ceiling, with special wires coming down on the shelves. 

There are individual junctions for each ParaTrap. 

Once every 48 hours we turn on the nucleus, providing current for less than a minute and that keeps the loop going. 

All paranormal activity and S.E. Travels safely through the wiring in a continuous loop. 

This way The specimen stays “active” , BUT contained.

We found this balance between Time and Current, which works like a charm, creating a perfectly charged supernatural ecosystem.

Also, thanks to the individual junctions, no specimen ever damages or disturbs the other and all supernatural items are therefore preserved in their S.E. without ever being altered. 

After many decades of investigations and after seeing soo many cases of ruined collections and sick clients:

This incubator is specially designed to isolate the contents from the outside and you can keep it in the room with your other haunted items with no risk of interferences. 

It is paramount however to transport the incubator at least 1 floor away from your other haunted items when making your experiments taking out the Haunted Doll.
