Per serving: ~18g protein (calories depend on peanut butter and yogurt used)

  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a tray or container.
  3. Melt chocolate (with a little coconut oil if needed) and pour it on top.
  4. Freeze until solid — at least 2 hours.
  5. Slice into 6 bars and enjoy whenever the sweet cravings hit.

Tip: Store in the freezer and let thaw a few minutes before eating for that perfect creamy crunch.
